What is in the bundle

Two tools to start with, and more to follow. Each one works on its own. Together they share the same way of working.

Spil

Inbox, tasks and invoices in one place

Mail and files arrive in one inbox. Spil turns them into tasks, actions, appointments and notes, and keeps the original mail and its attachments with every item.

For invoices, a local agent recognises the invoice, reads the number, amount and due date, and checks the supplier and bank details against what you paid before. It proposes a payment task. Nothing happens until you approve, and the Processed screen shows every step afterwards.

  • Tasks, calendar, notes and projects
  • An invoice archive with the history per supplier
  • On your desktop and on your phone
  • In English and Dutch
Spil demo, the Processed screen: each mail with where it went, its attachments and what happened to it, step by step. Spil demo on a phone in dark mode, filtered on invoices.

Family Archive

Papers and documents, found again

Take a photo of a receipt, a warranty, a manual or a letter and drop it in. Family Archive reads it, fills in who, what, date and amount, and suggests a name for the archive. You check the fields and approve; only then is it filed.

It notices what belongs together, such as an invoice, a warranty and a type plate with the same model number. And it lets you search all your folders by words and by meaning.

  • Reads photos and PDFs
  • Sensitive papers are always read locally and visible to the administrator only
  • Your own folders are read, never changed
  • In English and Dutch
Family Archive demo, the review screen: a photographed bike invoice with the supplier, date, amount and product read from it. A suggestion to link a warranty with an invoice and a type plate that carry the same model number. Nothing is linked until you click.

How the tools are built

On your own computer
The tools install on a computer you own. Your data lives in a database and ordinary files on that machine, not in someone else's cloud.
The agent proposes, you decide
A language model running on your machine does the reading and suggests what to do. Fixed rules check its work, and nothing is filed or turned into a task without your approval.
Every step on the record
Each item keeps a plain log of what happened and who did it, so you can always see why something ended up where it is.
Readable in twenty years
Data is kept in SQLite and plain files. If you ever stop using the tools, your archive is still yours and still readable.
A cloud model only if you choose
Where a cloud model helps with a harder reading job, that is a setting you choose. Sensitive papers are always read locally, and the demos send nothing out.
